Production has Begun by E.W. and E.C

The show is about to begin. We had a lot of photos plus a morning production. Do you plan to come tonight or tomorrow night? We have to do a lot of singing but it is fun. Look at us in our costumes - traditional stories or nursery rhymes. Can you guess which character we are?

Drum roll, it is time for a run!

On Tuesday the 22nd of May, C.T.S did the 2012 Cross Country!

It was tiring. The final sprint was close. Boy was it fun!

It was a awesome race!

Acquire - Native Bush Inquiry Learning by M.R. and O.G.

Our class invited Mr Carter to tell us about the native trees around the school. We asked him how we could know the names of the trees. Mr Carter talked about cheap and expensive labels we could use. The cheapest was using an old ice cream container lid and writing with a water proof pen. The dearest, have look at our pictures and you will see an example. Next we went outside into the strong wind and weather to search and name some trees. Keep posted for our next Inquiry stage called 'Use' which means to sort and analyse information to solve our labelling task.

Acquire: We went out for a look at native trees around our school. Lots of information was gathered. Questions were developed in our groups. We now hope to ask some key questions at our interview.
