Music is fun with Tanya. Look at the pictures.  We are playing the violin.  It made clinging, twinkling, ratty, wavy and other interesting noses.

Port Nelson Visit by L.R. and M.C.

Room 2 made a port visit.  It was exciting watching the forklifts driving straight through the containers. 

They never stop working which includes working at night.  The containers were as tall as the ships looking like giants.  It seemed like toy trucks were going into the ship.  Lots of brand new cars had left the ship.  Lots of fishing boats come in and out of the port.  Heaps of trucks were coming from every corner.  We got trapped by one. Lots of timber logs were neatly stacked and labelled ready to go overseas.  The sheds were full of fertiliser.

This is Room 2's crazy hair.  We had lots of fun with our spikes, colours and styles.

Thank you to Gavin and his team from Nelmac for making it possible for us to go on our incredibly  muddy school trip!  Man did we have fun planting over 250 trees.

Every Wednesday we have soccer skills with John which is lots of fun.

Boulder Bank Adventure by M.S. and R.J.

Our middle syndicate had an adventure.  Last week on a lovely sunny day we visited the Boulder  Bank.  It was heaps of fun.   We split into three groups and rotated around.  We sketched the sea landscape, took photos of the environment and also studied the mudflats looking in small nature grids.  Last of all we picked up rubbish.  Guess what?  There was hardly any rubbish to be found.  This is great news.
